Prior to joining SVB Financial Group in 2002, Moss was instrumental in the founding of Epoch Partners, an investment bank formed by three of the largest on-line brokerages (Charles Schwab, TD Waterhouse and Ameritrade) and three leading venture capital firms (Benchmark, Kleiner Perkins and Trident Capital). Before joining Epoch Partners, Moss spent more than 15 years at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. where she held a variety of management roles in San Francisco and New York. Most notably, Moss led the Schwab Corporate Services team based in New York and established Schwab's Designated Brokerage service, which offered employee trade-monitoring solutions to SEC and FINRA-regulated firms. In addition, she worked with Schwab's Capital Markets group to establish and manage Schwab's Directed Share service, which assisted issuers in providing targeted share purchase programs for the Issuers' employees and certain selected purchasers in connection with the issuers' initial public offerings.

Moss currently serves on several SVB Financial Group committees: Learning & Development Committee, Compliance Committee, SVB Asset Management Investment Committee and the Business Continuity Management Steering Committee. She is also co-chair of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's Transportation Policy Committee and the Financial Women's Association of San Francisco.
