Dana Herrman

Senior Managing Director, Technology Equity Trading

Dana Herrman is a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities focused on trading within the Technology sector. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Herrman will support the build out of SVB Securities technology trading capabilities.

Ms. Herman joined the firm in 2022, from AB Bernstein where she was most recently Managing Director within the Equity Trading division focusing on TMT. She also served as the Director of Recruiting for Sales and Trading, and held senior positions in the Women’s and Family ERG’s. Prior to AB Bernstein, she was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns focusing on TMT, and was also a member of the recruiting team.

Ms. Herrman graduated with a BS from Tufts University, where she was a founding member of the Tufts Financial Network. She continues to be involved with TFN and serve as a mentor to students. She also serves on committees for Opening Act and Jumpstart.
