Mark Steele is a Managing Director, Head of Convertible Securities at SVB Securities.

Mark joined the firm from Sterne Agee Leach, Inc. where he was a Managing Director and Head of the Convertible Department. Prior to Sterne Agee Leach, he was Co-Founder and Partner of KKS Securities which was sold to Sterne Agee Leach, Inc. in 2010. Mark has previously held roles at Thomas Weisel Partners where he was a Partner and Head of the Convertible Department and Robertson Stephens where he was a Partner of Convertible Sales. Mark earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
