Michael Cohen

Senior Managing Director, Derivatives

Michael Cohen is a Senior Managing Director of Derivatives at SVB Securities.

Mr. Cohen brings over 15 years of experience with a specialization in risk arbitrage, special situations, and corporate events and he will focus on expanding derivatives trading capabilities into other aspects of the market at SVB Securities. Mr. Cohen joins us from Jefferies where he was Managing Director, Head of Equity Derivative Sales. Prior to Jefferies, he was at UBS Securities.

Mr. Cohen earned his B.A. in Finance from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
